Fat cavitation effectively reduces fat & cellulite using low level ultrasonic waves, which create compression-expansion impulses to cause micro bubbles to form. The bubbles become frenzied & start to implode & collide which produces shock waves that then rupture cell walls of nearby fat cells, releasing the fatty liquid inside them. The fatty liquid is absorbed by the blood stream & processed by the kidneys & eliminated via the bladder & lymph glands. ALKALINE WASH

COLLAGEN INDUCTION THERAPY (NEEDLING)

An absolute gold standard treatment in anti-ageing skin needling promotes collagen production & epidermal growth factors to restore skin youthfulness through engaging your skins own wound healing response. Useful in treating wrinkles, pigmentation, acne scarring, stretch marks & sagging skin. Expect to be red with a sunburned feel for 24 hrs. Light flaking may often occur at the day 3-5 mark.

LED

Works by harnessing light energy & transmits it in specific wavelengths to cause a photo chemical reaction.  Much like plants convert light into energy to enable them to grow, your cells use the light as energy to help them function optimally. Different wavelengths tell the skin how to behave. Each wavelength filters out the other colours as well as UV as will perform different treatments such as skin rejuvenation, collagen synthesis, wound healing, pigmentation control & reduced bacterial activity.  There is no heat, so no risk of trauma to the skin, however because of the stimulating effects, it is not recommended for clients with cancer

Hair Removal- Electrolysis

 

ELECTROLYSIS, DIATHERMY AND SKIN TAGS

Electrolysis lost its popularity for a little while, as laser and IPL took the main stage. However, this trusted modality has made a comeback because it is the only modality that permanently removes unwanted hair and doesn’t rely on hair pigment so works on the blonde, red and grey hairs, which the other machine cannot do. Clients must be loyal to the process (as per IPL and laser) and need to come fortnightly, so the stunned growth cells do not have time to rebuild. We use the thermolysis method which is MUCH faster than galvanic and safe during pregnancy.
