Clinic Booking / Cancellation Policy
A gentle reminder that we do not accept cancellations with any less than 48 hours notice.

Let’s face it. It’s a pretty messed up time. 1 in 4 Melbournians have covid, more are close contacts and more again are having to isolate at the drop of a hat.

It’s frustrating for you.
It’s frustrating for us.

It just plain sucks.

It’s not a way to run a business. And it’s also not a way to plan your schedule.

So we are temporarily changing our booking policy.

Until this all settles we will operate fully on trust. Or karma. Whatever you wanna call it.

➡️ So if you have to cancel because you wanted to stay in bed a bit longer, you have a hang over, or you picked up a last minute shift at work – be kind and respect the fact that we held your appointment and booked our therapists’ time for you – and come in!

Help us run a fair and sustainable business where we can support our people – clients and our team.

➡️ But if you have to isolate, have covid symptoms or have been told to have a test – don’t stress.

Focus on getting better and getting through and we will waive your cancellation fee and send you a bit of love and good vibes.

Consult Forms

We treat your personal data with utmost respect. Your privacy is paramount. We collect information that is required in order to provide you with safe treatment, and comply with the various requirements of our insurers, health department, state & federal government, and digital best practice.

Yes in almost every case you must sign and date a new consult form prior to your appointment.

Your consult forms are sent with a link in your SMS reminder, sent 72 hours prior to your appointment, we require this to be completed before you arrive. The information is then linked directly to your private file in our booking and consultancy program.

If you haven’t completed your consult form prior to your arrival, your appointment may be cut short, as time is not allocated on the day. Our Clinic Concierge will have you complete it with one our IPADS, prior to the commencement of your treatment.

Covid 19 Regulations

All team members must be double vaccinated to be permitted to work according to current Pandemic Management Legislation and will be third vaccinated as their due dates arrive.

All clients must be double vaccinated to enter our clinic and to receive treatments as per Health and Government Regulations

Please come alone to your appointments (no plus ones or kids, as per Health Regulations)

You must check in using our Vic Gov QR code, those without a mobile phone, will be asked to manually check into the Vic Health App on our IPAD.

Upon Check-in you will be required to show our Clinic Concierge or Therapists your Vaccination Certificate / Green tick. Again if you don’t have a mobile phone, please provide a hard copy of your Vaccination Certificate (screen shots or photocopies are not deemed exceptable).

Masks remain in Indoor settings and are to be worn by team members, clients must arrive and leave wearing a mask – masks are allowed to be removed to provide skin treatments. We strongly recommend you bring a clean or fresh mask to use after your treatment is completed.

We continue to take 15mins btw each and every client to clean and sanitise the treatment rooms, wipe door handles and rails etc.

Hand Sanitiser is available for use thru out the clinic and we encourage you to apply when you arrive and as required thru out your stay.

Those who cannot attend the clinic are not forgotten, FaceTime consults are available, we have a range of home treatments, skin, face & body and we offer Call & Collect for any skin care/ gift purchases you wish to make.
